What a fab service that has many SaaS rolled into one

For me, at the very outset Accordium is going to be a combo of DocuSign+SendSpark. Signatures are legally valid (at least in EU &US) and the company is based in the EU, which is a plus point for me.

You can create personalised videos and the customer can view them in personalised landing pages created for them. This definitely helps with reducing redundancies, context switching and shortening the cycle of a closed deal.

The workflow creator is easy enough to use and really helps visualise the process and identify blockages. Links shared can be tracked to view click rate and retargeting..

Overall a stellar product with tons of potential. My only Gripe is that API access is not allowed on all Tiers. Since you are restricting on brands and number of videos you could have added API across plans. Please do consider this.

@Jói: Thank you for that. In case other readers are wondering, here is an extended review after using it for a day.

The interface is minimalist and the Get signature option provides you with either a quick sign option or create an advanced flow. Upon choosing quick sign you can either upload an existing file or create a new template from scratch. I uploaded a file I wanted to get signed and it presents me with various options such as text, date, esign, name and checkbob. I wanted Name, Date and esign so I clicked on the respective part of the doc where I wanted that field to go and clicked and voila. Neat!

It gets better as I can quick add a contact right within the sign field and save it to my contacts if I wish. After reviewing the doc, I continue to the next step where I can add a personalised message to the reciepients. Sent.

The reciepient instantly gets a notification about the document to be signed. Since I create a test document I opened the link to sign in a separate browser. It provides me with two options to sign - draw my signature or Turnkey. I have never seen the turnkey option before and seems really innovative.

The whole process was seamless and took me under 10 minutes. I am literally mindblown at the ease of getting signatures sorted. Will explore more regarding video landing pages and messages.

The founder is super responsive to the needs of users. Since he/she immediately considered my above request to extend API access to all tiers it shows to me genuine concern for the users and their ability to shape the roadmap.

This is probably a once in a year kind of deal and I am so glad I got it.

I was about to buy limits are just too low only 30 contracts there are alternatives providing massive contracts

@Mark: If you only plan to use one of either videos or contracts, then you can count the entire limit towards the one type, so in your case 100 contracts.

Why are video lengths so short?

@Timlighty: We have cloud storage of videos and you will be able to store your videos in our cloud indefinitely.

We have been working on an update that both removes the video length limit and shows viewers considerably higher quality videos (depending on their connection speed) and will soon move all SaaSMantra folks over to that improved platform.

We have been using Adobe Sign and we create our proposals in InDesign. The workflow is easy enough to where the designer creates the proposals and sends to Adobe Sign and it works. We're wondering if we can use your platform to create a template with all the language (legal and technical) and be able to add photos to Accordium and use the same template but change out the client information for ongoing proposals?

@Sunny: Unfortunately no, templates in Accordium do not work that way.

can electronic signatures be done with mobile phones?

Will you be increasing the video length of this offer? I am interested in this offer but with a video length of 90 secs it isn't suitable for my agency.

@Josh: We have been working on an update to the screen recording and sharing functionality for the last few months. It brings higher quality videos and removes the time limit, among other things. Anybody who takes the SaaSMantra deal will get access to all of those improvements.

Hi, is there no knowledge base / tutorial on this software? Having trouble navigating it. There's no support chat either.

Parts of the UI are non intuitive. For example, you can either 'open' the document or click 'continue' to go to the signature page. Opening the doc doesn't give you the input fields.

Second, more importantly, I don't see a way to just get the esign link (without sending the email to the contact). I don't want that to be the default (that an HTML email with your branding gets sent to client). I want to drop the link in a regular email that I send over - how do I do that?

Also, I don't see how to integrate the esign to the engage (video) email page. How do I do that?

The flows is also complicated - so do we need to create a recipient contact "first" before being able to use the tool? That seems backwards....

Regarding a way to get just the esign link, that is not possible at the moment. There is also no integration between the esign and the engage (video) email page.

You can create a recipient contact at the same time as you add the signature or other field for them to fill in, you do not need to do it beforehand.

I think alot of people have asked about CNAME / custom branding; is that on the roadmap?

Data from one workspace from one team / email is kept completely separate from others correct? As the "super admin" can I log and see everything?

@KC: No update on the API as of yet. CNAME/custom branding is not on the roadmap for now.

You have one admin account per team/workspace, not a single super admin.

Some of us really only work for a certain company, lets say company A. So really just Name X Last Name X would be the name of the brand. But if I work for several companies and I have one SM code purchased which would be 30 contracts does that mean for example I work for Company A, Company B, Company C, etc then I can have 30 different contracts from 30 different companies and I right? Will you handle in-person signatures in the future?

@HECTOR I BUENROSTRO: The number of contracts is the number of different signing processes you can initiate per month, independent of how many people need to sign. Each time you initiate a signature the emails sent will come from the email address that you used to sign up for Accordium. If you need them to come from different email addresses then you either need different brands (see the code stacking table) or you can add users to your account who each have different email addresses, then log in as the user you wish to send the email from, and go from there.

What does it mean per brand?

How many workspaces do I get for tier 2 or 3?

Do you offer CNAME and White label?

@Kwan: You get 1 workspace at tier 1, 2 workspaces at tier 2, and up to 5 workspaces at tier 3. You can also choose to go for a higher tier only to get the higher usage limits. If you use multiple workspaces, limits are shared across the combined usage in your workspaces.

We do not have CNAME or white label.

One code means I can manage only 1 team/brand at the same time right? If I at any time do decide to switch to a different team/brand can I also switch back to that original team/brand? Am I able to have multiple businesses/brands but only be able to manage one at a time? How many workspaces do we have with one code?

Does this somewhat specialize in document preparation? Fastdok was a previous deal that did that. Do you someway help in developing contracts/docs?

@Hector: There is a built-in template editor that you can use to prepare documents, which can be used for simple documents instead of uploading a PDF, but other than that we do not really specialize in document preparation.
